Our Terms & Conditions

Nothing contained within these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Payment and Pricing

We accept payment by Paypal, Visa, Delta, Mastercard, and Switch cards.

Card transactions are carried out on our behalf using Stripe or PayPal. When you select the option to pay by card, you will be redirected to Stripe or PayPal’s secure website before you enter any card details. We treat security with the utmost of importance.

Customer Service

Pirate Designs can be contacted during normal working hours (9.00am—5.00pm Monday to Friday).

Cancelling and Returning an order
Whilst, under UK and EU law you have a right to change your mind about a purchase made over the Internet, where we’ve made an item to order and/or personalised it to you, we cannot allow returns unless there is a fault with the order.

Once work has started on your designs we don’t allow cancellations, so if you wish to cancel an order you’ve just placed, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll then be able to let you know if we can accept the cancellation.

Stock

All goods remain the property of Pirate Designs until payment is made in full.

Please note that all products and descriptions are accurate at the time of publishing, however there may be the very rare occasions where items are out of stock. In this case, we reserve the right to replace items with those of similar or higher value if for any reason any product is unavailable at the delivery time required.
