How do you deliver orders?

Orders are available for delivery and collection.

Where orders contain a customised item – either embroidered or printed, you’ll need to allow an additional 24 hours for us to carry out the work.

If you need your order more urgently, we may still be able to help – just call contact us and we’ll let you know how quickly we can get your order to you.

How much does delivery cost?

Postage & packing for each order is £4.00. For orders over £30 in value, we offer free next day UK delivery – which, for qualifying orders, can be chosen at checkout.

If you’re near Carmarthen in Wales and want to pick up directly from us, then that’s great and we’ll obviously waive any postage costs. Again, just choose the option at checkout.

Where do you deliver to?

We’re normally happy to deliver to any address in Europe or North America. If you’d like to have an order delivered to an address outside the UK, please contact us and we can confirm what the shipping costs would be to your address.

Do you deliver to names or addresses other than the person making payment? 

Yes, we’re happy to deliver to a different recipient or address to the billing address; you just need to ensure the correct name and address is selected at the checkout stage.

If we send to a workplace, we will fulfil our end of the deal by delivering the package to your workplace but for obvious reasons, we’re afraid we can’t be responsible if the package then goes missing once in your building.

How do I know my order’s been sent?

We’ll update your order status to ‘Fulfulled’ in your account and you’ll receive an email notifying your order is on its way.

Returns

Can I return an unwanted item?

If an item doesn’t fit, or you just want to change your mind, we’ll normally accept returns for standard items that are in ‘as new’ condition with labels still attached.

Where we’ve made an item to order, and/or personalised it for you, we can’t normally allow returns unless there is a fault with the order though.

There’s something wrong with my order

 We’re really sorry to hear that – we try very hard to make sure that everything is perfect. If something’s not right, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make sure everything is put right.
